Before 0930hrs: Boats are on the water and waiting just outside the harbour (weather permitting) or near the public wharves/pylons

0930hrs: Commodore welcomes invited guests to the Club.

The service will then commence from the CCYC Pontoon, relayed on Channel 73 VHF

The start boat will lead the sail past, followed by the Yeppoon Coast Guard vessels then all other vessels wishing to participate.

All vessels will proceed in single file towards the CCYC pontoon.

Please ensure the entrance channel to the harbour remains clear at all times and give all other boats right of way.

As your vessel approaches the pontoon for the Blessing, please advise the vessel’s name on Ch 73.

When your vessel receives the Blessing, continue away from the pontoon until the ceremony has been completed.

On completion of the Blessing of the Fleet, all participants are invited to join us for morning tea in the Club House.
